Every year the world undergoes improvements in health, thanks to all the health advances that
have taken place, the standard of living is higher than decades ago.
This fact has several consequences in society, as more and more people live longer, there are
many more elderly people who need to receive some kind of care. This is not an easy job, but
it is important to be there as older people bring great things to society.
This fact causes many jobs to appear in order to fulfill the tasks related to the elderly, from the
residences, to people who take care of the elderly in their home ...
At the same time, we must know how to value older people, as their knowledge and
experiences help us to walk towards a better world and not to make the mistakes that have
already been made in the past.
In conclusion, then, it is very good for our progress that we live many years and can enjoy the
elderly.

Dear Mr. Williams,
I am writing to you from Barcelona as I have been learning English courses in London.
The Big Ben Language School ad caught my eye and I found it interesting. Still I have a number
of doubts that I would like to consult.
First of all, it would be interesting to know the quality of the teaching staff as it is important
that they are prepared. In due time I would like to know how many students there are in each
group, to see if the classes would be efficient, in addition to the resources the school has to
work with.
Another issue that worries me is price, especially what is included and what not.
Finally, I would like to know what services are available in the area so that I can enjoy the
environment more and connect it a little better if I come to this school.
