Pre-Disaster Phase
Members of Relief and Supply committee are in charged in:
๏Manage the Relief distribution, and proper stocking o f food and supplies
enough for everyone
๏Ensure the needs and safety of children, elde rly, PWDs, and pregnant
women
Members of Medical Committee
๏Manage the cleanliness and order of the area
๏Ensure that everyone can have the medical assistance that they need
๏Coordinates with different health agencies
Members of Communications and Warning Services Committee
๏Ensure that everyone are informed with the correct information as soon as
possible
๏Manages available warning devices that can be used in case of emergencies
Rescue Committee
๏Organize training for volunteers and members
๏Ensure that the equipment that will be used are complete and functioning
properly
๏First to respond in search and rescue
Evacuation and Transportation Committee
๏Ensure that the schools that will serve as evacuation centers are safe
๏Incharge of the list of the evacuees staying in the evacuation centers
๏Manage the vehicles that can be used in rescuing evacuees
Fire Fighter Committee
๏Organize the training for their members
๏Incharge in suppressing the fire in case it happened in the evacuation center
Damage and Needs Assessment Services Committee
๏Monitor and updates the barangay about the damages of the disaster
๏Helps in addressing what are the current situation
Security Committee
๏Incharge of the security and safety of the population
Preparation for disaster
๏Installation and repairing of CCTVs and Public Announcement system
๏Buying of new fogging machines and anti-dengue chemicals in preparation
for rainy days
