A Concept Paper Presented to the Senior High School Department of Jagobiao National High School Compliance for My Major Output in English for Academic and Professional Purposes (EAPP) . CHRISTINE MAYE C. VERGARA October 2021
I. Introduction During face-to-face classes, the vast majority of us students and teachers always brought our own bottles of water to drink throughout the day. However, we could only carry at least 500 milliliters of water which is insufficient to keep our bodies hydrated. According to health experts, water consumption should be around 2 liters per day. That is why it is critical to constantly seek out ways to refill our water bottles. II. Rationale or Background In order to come up with an idea on what project I should propose at Jagobiao National High School, I compared it to my previous school, where I had attended for three years in the past. I had noticed that there were no piso water vending machines on each floor of this school’s buildings. They may be located in the canteen, but it is far more convenient to have them near the classrooms, where we can quickly refill our water bottles even during classes. Due to our busy schedules, the majority of us also lack the time to visit the canteen and purchase water. III. Project Description This project is really beneficial to the health of the students and teachers because it will help us stay hydrated. Refilling our water bottles in a convenient way would also encourage us to become more aware of the hours during which we consume water, which is essential for our health. Being dehydrated has a negative impact on cognitive function, which makes it harder to concentrate in school. As a result of this project, us students, teachers and
