What is my chosen emotion that I want to improve and what is my SMART goal related to
developing the chosen emotion?
1. Self-confidence:
SMART Goal: "Over the following three months, I will effectively work on building my self-
confidence by practicing positive self-affirmations every day, taking an interest in at slightest two
open talking occasions, and looking for helpful criticism from tutors or trusted people to improve
my self-assurance."
2. Stress management:
SMART Goal: "Within the another two months, I will create way better stretch administration
aptitudes by devoting at slightest 15 minutes each day to mindfulness contemplation, locks in in
standard physical work out three times a week, and keeping a stretch diary to distinguish triggers
and adapting procedures."
