Veggie, Marry Me is a casual dining restaurant that is in a hybrid type of business with a
comfortable, laid-back atmosphere, reasonable priced menu and especially have a healthy
ambiance in an accordance with the restaurants mission. The restaurant combines ingredients in
making a fine meal (manufacturing) and fills customer orders (service). In the restaurant, both

jointly-owned business. The owners are; Ms. Princess Mary Rey which is the founder of the
restaurant and also the general manager, Ms. Abby Tiglao which serves also as the finance
manager, Ms. Francine Sarmiento, also the kitchen manager, and Mr. Joseph Sese, also the
assistant manager/cashier of the restaurant.

Veggie, Marry Me is in the section of the restaurant & hospitality industry that provides a more
relaxed setting for customers to enjoy their meal. This means the level of formality is toned
down when compared to fine dining restaurants, although table service is likely to still be in
place. The restaurant industry that the business has are vegetarian cuisine which offers meals and
dishes made up of vegetables and fruits (come mostly from plants) and does not include any
meat, poultry, or seafood. Costumers are served with freshly-prepared, higher-quality food in an
informal setting, with counter service to keep things speedy.

The firm expects to hire 10 employees. Together, the owners will personally select each candidate. They’ve adopted an effective interview process designed to staff the restaurant with highly qualified people for each position. Each applicant will be rated and evaluated according to a pre-defined set of standards designed for each position. Background checks will be utilized for designated positions. Recruiting efforts will always center on referrals.  Suppliers Suppliers form an important link in delivering the value to the customers. Supply shortage or delays, labor stricken and other events can damage customer satisfaction in the long run and rising supply costs can harm the company sales volume.  Market Intermediaries All of the raw materials, machineries, tools, and equipment needed for the operation of the restaurant will be purchased from trusted suppliers.  Customers Customers are the most important actors in the microenvironment. The aim of the entire delivering system is to serve the target customers and create the strong relationship with them. The market size for the business would be based on the population of Angeles City, Pampanga since the business is for all kinds of people regardless of social status, gender, and the ones who are aging 10 years and above. there is a need for social media presence, because that is where our potential customers will be able to easily recognize the product.  Legal The business will be registered in Pampanga and are obligated to follow and pay the business tax implemented in the locality. All necessary certificates and permits will be processed prior to operating the restaurant.  Environmental Climate Change The raw materials that will be used in the production are mostly comes from vegetable and fruits that must be planted in well-drained soil in full sun. Due to climate change and weather conditions that are now unpredictable, it can affect the growth and quality of the raw materials.
