Statement of

Problem

● Existing system is not providing secure registration and profile management of all the users properly.

● The Existing system is giving only less memory usage for the users to view their history of visits, check-ins and check-out.

● Also the manual system gives us very less security for saving data and some data may be lost due to mismanagement.

Objective

With the proposed system, the achievable advantages are as follows:

● To maintain the user's personal info, address, and contact details.

● To provide authentication for accessing this application where only registered users can access.

● To make the overall project management much easier and flexible.

• The software developed for managing Hotel Reservations System is used in client server architecture with HTML 5 , JavaScript and CSS (Bootstrap) as frontend and PHP, JavaScript and SQL server as backend so the project is technically feasible.

Technical

Feasibility:

• The main purpose of this program is to develop a Web based application which requires internet. Since majority of user are trained in this area , the project is operationally feasible.

Operational

Feasibility:

• All the hardware and software required for developing this software is easily available and low in cost and besides the development cost for the system easily satisfies the organization like hotels. So the project is economically feasible.
