Knowledge is regularly reshaped and further tested through additional experience and feedback. This
evolutionary process of knowledge conversion is one of the key features of knowledge management,
ensuring the knowledge remains current and useful.
Being the student of this subject you are required to recall the SECI process
of knowledge conversion
and answer the following questions:
1) How an organization can generate the knowledge? Marks=2
2) Consider an area of expertise you have developed within the past 3
years. Using phases of knowledge
conversion process as guide, review how you developed your knowledge and capabilities in this area.

Imagine you are the new area manager of a large franchise store which has three franchises and a
central office. How will you efficiently manage each of these four processes (SECI)? Marks:3*4=12

Organizational Knowledge is developed contrarily in various organizations but as far as the knowledge
assets of organizations are concerned, they may be nearly alike. Consid
er an accounting firm

intensive firm) and identify the various types of Knowledge assets of this firm. Also
explain the role of leadership in creating, managing and controlling the knowledge assets.
Marks: 4+2=6
Note: Provide solution of each question as per allocated marks.
