Is the day that has a lot of activities that I’ve done. When I’m Woke up
around 5 am in the morning I start my day with a prayer before I eat And I
kept on doing this all the day every time I awake because I know that
prayer can answer all of my doubt and it gives me strength. so this day
after I do my task in home I start to deliver myself at practice in school
because it is our foundation day so that there’s a lot of activities and
preparation for this coming event so that we make a routine that fits for our
festival dance which have many regions like Ibalong Festival , Pintados
Festival and etc. before we do our routine we have an exercise first We kept
on doing this for this day practice and practice until it is finished But not yet
there are still days that we need to accomplished for the practices. It is
enjoyable and presentable because I meet a lots of friends and a lot of
people to get close to so we have a group of people in this Festival dance our
group was called Ibalong festival which it has many props to made and a lots
of costume to suit. Ibalong Festival is a non-religious festival in Legazpi City,
Albay, Philippines based on the Ibalong Epic, and is held on October 25-31.
The festival celebrates the epic story Ibalong who was accompanied by three
legendary heroes, namely Baltog, Handyong, and Bantong. And after we
practice on that day we first have an agreement that if you are late in a
practices the leader or a choreographer will give you a punishment. We all
know that Festival dance is not kind of a hard thing to dance but the props
and the costume of this festival was so expensive. After we practice we get
our costume in our choreographer to make it ours and we go home surely
and safely.
