Current complaints:

• Limited end range flexion and abduction (feels blocked)
• Limited IR especially in abduction
• General intermittent shoulder ache
• Pins and needles down arm into hand that lasts 30-60 sec – occurs with high velocity movements (hitting volleyball). Avoids fast overhead movements History: - Softball pitcher: developed several deep ache in the superior/anterior shoulder esp during and after practices and games. Could be sharp - Higher volumes or velocity of pitching would lead to anterior submluxations --> v painful. Pins and needles down arm and palm. Able to self-reduce. - Mx: NSAIDS++, PT, massage x 6-8 months before surgery - 8 years ago: surgery to repair SLAP, biceps. Followed by 3/52 immobilization and no OKC resisted activity x 6/ - RTS 9 months later with limited function
