After recently completing my BTEC HND in computing I was looking for jobs in newspapers. As I was exploring the newspaper I saw an advertisement of WebTech Nepal (P) Ltd. the requirements did match my CV. I went to the company for Group discussion and Personal Interview which went well. They granted me 1 years contract to work with them. As for now, I’m working as an intern in the company and had been handed over my first task to conduct 2 day program on Sunrise Bank. So, I managed a meeting through mail with the manager of Sunrise Bank (Mr. Hari Bahadur) where I discussed about giving a two days program on Database Management System to their fresher’s staff. I told him how importance the knowledge of Database Management System was to their staff. He was convinced by my ideas about Database Management System. He immediately gave me an approval to conduct the program. Two day training on Database Management System and its schedule. Kirtan Chhetri (HND / First Semester)

During this event I used many types of communications. Communication Styles: Verbal Communications: Communication in which thoughts, views or ideas are shared among the people in form of written documents or in speaking from is known as verbal communication. Being a trainer I had to deliver a speech to make my presentation effective for them to use in daily life situations keeping in mind that Kirtan Chhetri (HND / First Semester)

I distributed the feedback form at the end of my presentation on second day and was appropriately filled by the participant in the events. Conclusion: Communication is the sharing of ideas and information but to make in more effective sender should send information clearly as well receiver should achieve same information as sender sends. While you are stressed being confidence, relaxed, making eye contacts, good body language also helps to maintain the good communication. Kirtan Chhetri (HND / First Semester)

Introduction: The process of allocating specific time to a specific activities or tasks can be referred as time management. Thus, effective time management means planning to do work smartly with the help of different techniques likes’ action plan, dividing goals into small portions, prioritization, to do list etc. As being an intern in an IT company I must be well aware about time management while working in the company. On my previous task (task 1), I organized an event about Database Management System. In following task I will be showing how did I managed time in the event using different time management skills. In this presentation I will be able to demonstrate the time management skills I used for completing event. Kirtan Chhetri (HND / First Semester)
