Disabled people face all kinds of difficulties. But technology helps to reduce many of these barriers. Through the use of information technology, students and employees with handicaps may do more activities independently, such as reading and writing papers, interacting with others, and looking for information on the Internet. However, disabled persons are faced with a number of digital barriers. These barriers can be divided into three functional categories: computer input barriers, output interpretation and documentation reading. The tool that the deaf and dumb use to communicate is usually Hand Gesture. The recognition of a person's dumb, deaf and normal will be helpful in talking with one another.We have disabled people in our society. · Around 360 million people are deaf and stupid worldwide Communicate to a normal person between Deaf-mute was always a difficult chore. THE Sign language allows persons who are deaf and dumb to communicate with other people.
