Bram Stoker
Abraham Bram Stoker was born on November 8, 1847 and died of syphilis on April 20,
1912. He was an Irish novelist and writer known for his novel Dracula .
Dracula was his most recognized literary work, The novel was one of the best sellers
during the 20th century.
Son of Abraham Stoker and Charlotte Mathilda Blake Thornley, Bram Stoker was the
third of seven brothers.In 1878, five days before moving to London, Stoker married
Florence Balcombe, with whom he had a son named Irving Noel.
Dracula is a classic in horror books. He had many series, movies on television and
also in the cinema.
SUMMARY
Jonathan Harker travels to Transylvania to negotiate with a count who are interested
to get a property in England. They warn him to be careful. In the following days,
Harker notices strange things.
One night three women show up in Harker's room and come up to his neck with
sharp teeth.Then Dracula appears and stops them.Harker discovers the count
sleeping in a coffin.Harker is alone in the castle and creates plans to escape.
Mina, Jonathan's fiancée, visits her friend in and realizes that she is a sleepwalker.
Three days later, Lucy returns to sleepwalking and arrives at the local cemetery.
When Mina finds her there, she sees someone pale and red eyes.
Also, he has a strange neck wound.Mina has been worried that she has not received
any letters from Jonathan.
Harker is in a hospital and has been recovering there from nervous fever.Harker
