Introduction Considering our situation during summer, that is to say the recruitment of untrained students to work on our campsites, the company is in need of planning a training programme. We will clear up what the training programme will be like. Sort of training required It is very important to emphasize that no previous experience will be required to begin the training programme. It is nothing but harmful to ask students for an extended working experience because they tend to think they will not meet expectations. We absolutely prefer them to acquire that experience by working with us. Also, it is very important for us to identify potential in our candidates, we look forward to that. Duration of the training and company benefits The purpose is to create a swift training, it would be composed of a theoretical part of two days just to learn some concepts which are important to know. It will be followed by a practical part with the duration of one week to learn how to organize children’s activities or to solve problems that may happen. As a benefit for the company, training will not be needed next year because the students hired in summer will remain every summer if they decide to, until they finish their studies. Recommendations We would highly recommend the company to change its criteria and select students taking into account their academic efficiency. We also propose the company to eradicate the formation time to stablish a group of experts that will explain everything they need to know when they need it.
