Proposal
Introduction
During the latest weeks it has been noticed the bad relationship between members of
the company. Because of that there is not a good atmosphere in workplace and is not
possible feeling comfortable.
New employees
In order to make easier the journey to the veteran employees and improve their
conditions dividing up the different tasks, there has been and increment in the
workers’ number. This has been caused differences between the old and the new
ones. The age difference and new methods that includes technology are the biggest
issues at the moment and the reason why this is happening is that we always have had
the same system, so it is normal that they are not used to work in this new way and
furthermore our new staff have more facilities, therefore, they are more efficient.
Activities in group
To solve these problems, it would be necessary to suggest activities so as to enjoy time
together, create a good ambient inside the group and encourage respect and tolerance
among all workers.
Regarding technology, we should incorporate a course to teach them how useful can
be different devices at work time. Our objective is to provide them more knowledge
about this achieving the same level as their colleagues.
Conclusion
At the moment I think that there is nothing to worry about, it could be worse, and it is
obvious that our excellent staff will do their bit to improve these small issues. To
conclude, realize these proposals and perceive changes it is one of the biggest
priorities right now in the company.
