Tense
CONTINUOUS Tense The presente continuous is made from the present tense of the ver “be” and the ING- form of a verb.
Subject + am/are/is (verb to be)
CONTINUOUS Tense ING RULES : It is really necessary to know these rules, and when we have to use them also when we are going to write something could be a letter or a message. Watch-ING (I´m watching TV) Sleep-ING (She is sleeping) Seek-ING (What kind of a job are you seeking) Play-ING (They´re playing) Sometimes when we have a verb with an E to the end of the word example (Make) = it has to disappear, and to add ING to remain (making) Danc/e/ ING (He is dancing with her sister) Giv/e/ING (Today we´re giving you strategies to practice these verbs)
CONTINUOUS Tense ING RULES : Other cases are almost the same, but there is a reason because if we have (double EE) We simply ING and that is it. See-ING (He is seeing a cats) Agree-ING (She is agreeing with your suggestion.) When a verb has I to the end of the verb, it has to be changed for Y. and it´ll be like that Lie(Y)-ING (Am I lying with these exercises?) Die (Y) ING (She is dying of laughter) There are short verbs that can´t be separated by syllables, which end with a consonant vowel consonant. It says that the last consonant has to be doubled Running --(I´m running in the park) Putting-- (They´re putting the books on the shelf) Stopping --(She is stopping at the red light))
