Several brands have improved their business thanks to techniques that have greatly
increased their sales.
These merchants have the advantage of having large teams that are in charge of different
areas to be able to move forward with the business, but that does not mean that these
techniques can not be used in local shops or cafes. They create a unique experience for the
client and appeal to one of their five senses. To intrigue customers, it is important to appeal
to the sense of taste, sight, touch, smell and hearing of the client.
To begin, it would be good to create a profile of our client, that is, what client profile we
would like to have. To increase sales, it is very important that the customer feels attracted,
there is nothing better than good views. One way to play in this direction is by creating a
structured design of the store. Good organization, a good space, and a neutral color.
Smell is a strong sense that easily triggers emotional attachments. There are many
opportunities with smell. First of all, it is very important to deviate bad smells from your store.
Bad odors can disturb customers. Smells can be incorporated in a subtle way, for example,
you can have a vase with fresh flowers. During the holiday season, you can incorporate
popular scents such as cinnamon, blueberry, nutmeg, pine or fragrance oils to evoke happy
memories of your clients.
To conclude, it is very important to awaken all the senses of our client. This would bring
maximum attention to our products and this indicates that they have enjoyed the experience
and they would surely repeat it.
