General objectives
1. Promote team cohesion: Create an environment conducive to
strengthening realeionships, trust and communication among team
members.
2. Enhance collaboration: Develop teamwork skills, promoting synergy
and mutual understanding.
3. Boost creativity: Stimulate creativity and problema – solving through
activities that requiere active participation and exploration of
innovative ideas.
4. Promote shared leadership: Identify and develop leadership skills in
all team memebers, fostering an environment of shared leadership.
5. Reinforce motivation and a sense of belonging: Strengthen
individual and collective conmitment to team and organizational
goals.
Proposed Activities
1. Corporate escape room (objectives 1, 2, 3).
Reason: This activity fosters collaboration, problema – solving
and effective communication in a challenging environment. It
also provides a platform to identify natural leaders and
promote team work.
2. Nonviolent workshop (objectives 1, 2, 4).

  • Reason: Effective communication is crucial for team success. This workshop Will help improve interpersonal communication, reduce conflicts and promote a supportive environment. 3. Outdoor activity (objectives 1, 2, 5).
  • Reason: Promoting teamwork in a non – work setting can strengthen realtionships. Outdoor activities such as hiking or outdoor games Will créate shared memories and reinforce a sense of belonging. 4. Trust – Building dynamics (objectives 1, 2).
  • Reason: These activities, such as blind trust exercises, will foster mutual trust and improve the relationship between team members. 5. Individual feedback and development sessions (objetive 4).
  • Reason: Providing each team member whith constructive feedback on their skills and offering opportunities for personal and professional development. 6. Volunteering day (objetive 5).
  • Reason: Engaging in charitable activities as a team will not only strengthen bonds among members but also positively contribute to the community, enhancing a sense of purpose and social responsibility. Monitoring and evaluation: An assessment will be conducted before and after the program to measure progress in the established objectives. Feedback and suggestions from participants will be collected to adjust future team – building activities.
