United Nations Security Council,
Recognizing the vulnerability of underdeveloped countries to terrorist attacks,
Enforcing the establishment of measures that regulates the arm trade,
Emphasizing the importance of facing root issues to prevent a future violence,
Seeking for international cooperation,
1. Approves “Project Hanbando” : Strengthening Global Border to support
underdeveloped countries to combat arms trafficking and terrorism through an
international forum:
a. Implementing International Security Fund (ISF):
i. Contributions from developed countries,
ii. This found will be managed by a UN committee,
b. Resource Allocation,
c. Funding for border security, surveillance technology, and training:
i. Projects selected based on impact and feasibility,
d. International Security Forum:
i. Platform for strategy discussion and coordination,
ii. Regular meetings with countries, experts, NGOs, and the private
sector,
e. Components Advanced border surveillance and infrastructure:
i. Training and equipment for security forces,
ii. Community education and public awareness campaigns,
iii. Advocating for new resolutions in the UN Security Council and
organizing large-scale educational campaigns for weakness security
forces, to be prepared to identify strong points in the illegal trade of
arms;
2. Suggest the implementation of the “YOUR OPINION MATTERS'' plan that will be
based on a council where citizens can express their discomfort with government

measures, with the main purpose of solving their disagreements diplomatically, avoiding the recurrence to violence: a. Every citizen would have the right to solicit a reunion in the council to discuss: i. Laws adapted to different policies and cultures to solve problems effectively with political actions and plans, ii. Creating filters and pre-registration to avoid the overuse, b. Ministers and lawyers the countries will discuss a solution based on the laws and measures of the countries, c. They will generate a action plan that satisfies the citizens needs following the established policies, d. Support for UN Peacekeeping Missions: Increasing contribution to UN peacekeeping missions, especially in regions affected by arms trafficking and armed conflicts, e. Active participation in peacekeeping operations to stabilize regions and reduce the demand for illicit arms, Additionally, advocating for new resolutions in the UN Security Council and organizing large-scale educational campaigns, f. There will be a council per country and per state to have order;

  1. Encourage “ UNIDOS CON EL PUEBLO ” is elemental, is the key of the education, the futures of generations and the nations; if we do it, the relationship with people and politic will be confined; the consequences are that will be have an essential information of terrorist or black matter that we can solution or prevent: a. Courses that train early learners (children, adolescents, adult adolescents): i. Adapting to different policies and cultures to have an effective teaching, b. Advanced technology with trained professionals and technology provided from South Korea and the UK such as detectors of lead, c. The association with the “The Universal Legal Framework against Terrorism” created by the ONU;

Raises “Iron man 25” plan financed the Counter Terrorism Committee, The peacekeeping operations and political missions and working with NGOS that combat the adverse impacts of illicit arms trade: a. Legalizing weapons with certain controls, b. International cooperation: i. Adopting a comprehensive approach that integrates, immigration , communities, enforcements to ensure a coordinated and equal response to black market activities, c. Adopting policies and frameworks: i. Strengthening legal frameworks and ensuring law enforcement of laws against smuggling and trafficking, with severe penalties for offenders, d. Border control measures:

i. We expect this agreement from Benedict of all global security and not only for once, ii. We would provide an alliance in our Police and Military Crops, with a close relationship, iii. Advanced Technology, with immediate communication that provide relevant and important information, iv. The proposal will contribute to the “Project Excalibur: Strategic Guard and Sovereign Defense” achievement;

  1. Further implements “PFMC” , which stands for “Protection for marginated citizens” Which consists of a web page controlled by the UN where anyone with access to internet can report: a. Terrorism: illegal arms operations that citizens deem as unlawful shall be reported through the web page, b. Black market operations also follow the same criteria: i. Red: The place has been reported more than 100 times; Quick actions need to be taken against the black market or terrorist, c. Webpage security will be carried under the discretion of provided IT security experts from the University of Cape Town in South Africa and engineers of the MI6: i. This is going to be saved on the database, ii. The database is open to universities to study it, d. All reports be anonymous but sorted by report location, via a chat-esque report interface and available in all Google Translate registered languages, e. iii. If the country is not in a good economic condition to pay, they will pay it by quotes, iv. Arms embargo for 1 year, v. Prohibiting the delegation acquire arms (legally or illegally), vi. Exceptions would be accepted if its an emergency or arms, c. Provide asile for victims: i.
