CURRENTLY UNDEREMPLOYMENT IN PERU IS A PROBLEM THAT MAINLY AFFECTS RECENT
GRADUATES SINCE THEY CANNOT ACCESS PRACTICES RELATED TO THEIR CAREER, WHICH IN
THE FUTURE LEADS TO AN INEXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL, THEREFORE THEY WILL HAVE TO
WORK IN A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT OFFER THEM A FUTURE GROWTH.
1) A SOLUTION TO THIS WOULD BE FOR THE MINISTRY OF LABOR TO PROVIDE A JOB BANK IN
THE UNIVERSITIES THAT REALLY HELP YOU IN YOUR GROWTH
2) THE MAIN THING TO INCREASE CORRECTLY EMPLOYED POSITIONS IS FOR THE ECONOMY TO
CONTINUE GROWING IN PROPORTION TO THE NUMBER OF GRADUATES and that large
companies provide good benefits to workers
3) A grant THAT ENCOURAGES HIRING YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A COMPETITIVE SALARY SINCE AD
HONOREM JOBS ARE NOW IN FASHION.
4) Either you finish your university, or you can't find pre-professional internships because most
companies look for interns with one year of experience just so as not to pay them the fair price
doing the same as a graduate, which is why I would propose cut back the number of
underemployed by increasing a law that neither Banks ,nor Sunat will not get into deductions
if they do not have young people on their payroll with paid interns and the option to take the
position.
