A sheet today, a disaster tomorrow.
Many people think the resources are unlimited, and our
school is not an exception.
We are spending paper all the time, for example:
Printing sheets on one side instead of two.
Giving lots of sheets on exams, which end up in
the trash.
Printing pamphlets with unnecessary
information.
Buying paper newspaper instead of see them
on internet.
And that is only a little part of all, we have to visualize that if we continue spending paper in bulk,
in a near future paper may be exhausted. Nowadays we waste paper because we have it, but
some day we will not, and that day could be early.
Because of that, the best way to solve a problem in the future is taking measures today. To
decrease paper use we can:
Printing sheets on both sides of the sheet.
Sending e-mails instead of share out pamphlets.
Using recycled paper.
These are only a few measures, but each one can do the best that he thinks to save paper.
In view of the free choice to spend paper from each person, the best way we can follow is
introducing a policy to save paper, which will force our students to fulfill it.

4. You are concerned about the amount of paper used in your school or office. Write a
report for your school or company detailing how you think paper is being wasted,
outlining what measures should be taken to decrease paper use and persuading the
management to introduce a policy to save paper.
