Um verbo modal é um tipo de verbo que é usado para indicar a modalidade - isto é:
probabilidade, habilidade, permissão, pedido, capacidade, sugestões, ordem e obrigação,
conselhos, etc. Verbos modais sempre acompanham a forma básica de outro verbo.
-> Can - capacidade/habilidade/permissão
I can swim
She cannot speak Chinese
