The Internet began in the Eighties. Today it has grown to
become a major means of communication. Websites and
emails , things that were unheard of just two decades ago, are
quickly gaining popularity and usage. Write an article in not
more than 100 – 120 words. The Internet – Boon and Bane’.
Clues – internet – basic necessity of life… humans now becoming slaves to
internet- made life easy-everything available at fingertip – from medical
advice to medicines; groceries to jewellery- especially the education sector
gained the most- online education came as a savior for lakhs & crores of
students worldwide – be wary of cyber attacks & malware – financial frauds
increasing – social media became an earning source for many – use it
judiciously to extract maximum benefit
