You have tried your best to explain on the topics and that is a very good start. There are a few spelling and grammar mistakes like the spelling of 'People'in the last sentence.
The sentence, ".. we have the opportunities to peer-assignment the work of others and let them feedback;...'' - Instead of opportunities , it should be " opportunity '' and instead of '' let them feedback'', you could have mentioned ''give them feedback''. The explanation should have been 250 words or above but yours is less than that. Lastly, you can support your work with the help of references.

Being able to learn collaboratively comes with many bene ts. One almost "forces" themselves to learn how to work and grow with others. Working collaboratively means working with others through problem-solving and team building for successful outcomes. This type of learning and teaching styles helps strengthen communication and work ethic in students and instructors. It's a simple way of demonstrating to everyone that working together is a trait necessary to accomplish tasks, and a skill necessary to succeed in future goals and plans.
University of the People sees very clearly into that idea, that's why they know the best method to incorporate it into the online courses. With each course, comes a class forum, where students can discuss issues, ideas, and struggles. Anything that they feel will provoke useful and even enlightening responses from their peers. With the

Growing up in a Hispanic household, it was always natural for me to go about and help others. It's something that's always come naturally. Growing up you know you have to help your family in the kitchen with dinner, and you know you have to help with furniture when moving. It was then I realized that no matter how small or useless you may think you are, you never are. One learns to accommodate and work with what they've got and to improvise because nothing is worse than doing nothing at all. I am grateful for that because I nd it easy for me to work well with others, especially in my work settings, when it is practically impossible to accomplish any task without the proper communication and interaction with co-workers.
