Scoring:

The maximum possible score is 50 (if you selected “Strongly Agree” for all questions) and
minimum possible score is 10 (if you selected “Strongly Disagree” for all questions).
Interpretation:
10-20: Low self-awareness. You may benefit from spending more time reflecting on
yourself and seeking feedback from others.
21-3-: Moderate self-awareness. You have some awareness of yourself, but there is room
for improvement.
31-40: High self-awareness. You have a good understanding of yourself and how you
interact with the world around you.
41-50: Exceptional self-awareness. You possess a high level of self-understanding and are
likely adept at navigating various aspects of your life.
