Use of different problem-solving technique: Problems are natural, occurs every day in our life. To suffer less from those problems and to minimize tensions and frustration we must deal with it and the way we deal with those problems determines our life. The one who is afraid of problem cannot be a successful person. The one who accepts the problems and tries to solve them will definitely get success in their life. Life is boring without having problem so the one who wants to be successful want to face any sorts of problem any time. There are various kinds of problem like office problem, home problem, personal problem and so on but the way we tend to solve is similar. According to the size of problem we follow various technique to solve it. Some of the techniques are listed below. Problem solving technique:
T for threats. In this method we need to find our strength, weakness, opportunity and threats so that we can upgrade and develop problem solving skills. Trial and Error is a random approach to solve problem where we attempt many times and trying every time new until we come to conclusion. It is suitable in such case that among 4 one is correct answer and we try every time new until we get the correct one. Difference reduction is a method where we need to break down large task into various simpler steps. While breaking large task we need to be familiar with what step will take you close to a final answer. This method is not the quickest way to get our goal Means-Ends analysis is the method to identify the present situation and the situation we want to arrive at, knowing the difference between two situation and creating a sub-goal to remove the difference. Among above listed problem-solving technique I conducted a primary research making some questionnaires about the problem occurred while designing and delivering of an event and I just distributed that questions to almost 50 people which includes job holders, business man and organization like event house and so on. I collected the feedback and found that most of the people use 5 whys and 6 hats method more in comparison to other problem-solving method.
