  6. Means-Ends Analysis. 5whys technique is used to solve the problem immediately or on the spot. This technique uses 6 hats and each hat are given to individual or group and work is divided as per the hat. In this method different thinking styles are associated with a different colored hat. SWOT analysis is a creative way to solve problem. S stands for strength, W for weakness, O for opportunity and

T for threats. In this method we need to find our strength, weakness, opportunity and threats so that we can upgrade and develop problem solving skills. Trial and Error is a random approach to solve problem where we attempt many times and trying every time new until we come to conclusion. It is suitable in such case that among 4 one is correct answer and we try every time new until we get the correct one. Difference reduction is a method where we need to break down large task into various simpler steps. While breaking large task we need to be familiar with what step will take you close to a final answer. This method is not the quickest way to get our goal Means-Ends analysis is the method to identify the present situation and the situation we want to arrive at, knowing the difference between two situation and creating a sub-goal to remove the difference. Among above listed problem-solving technique I conducted a primary research making some questionnaires about the problem occurred while designing and delivering of an event and I just distributed that questions to almost 50 people which includes job holders, business man and organization like event house and so on. I collected the feedback and found that most of the people use 5 whys and 6 hats method more in comparison to other problem-solving method.
