Establishing a purpose for the lesson The teacher will introduce the lesson by asking the students: Who among you has the following equipment at home? a. floor polisher b. vacuum cleaner c. tornado mop Lecture /demonstration The teacher will give a lecturette on how to set up trolley. C. Presenting examples/Instances of the new lesson Direction: Identify the following housekeeping tools, equipment and supplies. Then, provide their respective Lecture /demonstration The teacher will give a lecturette on how to set up trolley. 2

H. Making generalizations and abstractions about the lesson Based on the videos presented and the discussions, what are the proper way of using equipment? What should be done to have a long lasting equipment? How important are the codes, rules and regulations in the hotel? I. Evaluating learning Identification: Identify the following housekeeping tools, equipment, and materials. Identify the common supplies loaded on a Maid’s Cart or Trolley. Choose your answer from the choices below. Write your answer on your answer sheet. J. Additional activities for application or remediation Continuation of the plan next meeting, continuation of the actual assessment on the proper use of vacuum cleaner and tornado mop Direction: With the guidance of your parents/guardians look for cleaning tools/equipment/materials available at home. Make a list of the different tools, equipment, and materials that may be found in your home. Identify the function of each and determine whether or not this can be used in the housekeeping industry.
