Following Behaviourism any animal is going to achieve or acquire language.
the size of dolphin’s brain is what lead us to think that there is a high level of intelligence

in viki we see how they tried to move her mouth to pronounce the words and to basically
speak. this experiment shows how capable the apes are able to speak and to behave like
humans do.
the second experiment:
signers (19690s-1970s) AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE
- washoe: teaching her to put her hands in apposition that meant something, anytime she did
something there was a student there signing it for her to achieve the communication through
ASL. in a year she managed to learn 100 words many of them foods or tools surrounding her,
but the chimps are really hard to teach, loosing focus being stronger and needing more space
or more security
