potatoes ever seen with all the details and needed information.
The video is an explosion of flavours and colours. From start to finish, it keeps you engaged
with a simple crispy potato recipe. The ingredients , presentation , all the details fits perfeclty
with the video dynamic.
Kenji's style is really unique and authentic. He combines his technical knowledge with a
gentle way of communicating. He makes even the most difficult things easy to understand.
No matter how hard I look, I can't find any improvement for this video, as it emphasises
perfectly in all aspects. He adapted the video to have subtitles in most languages and he
separates the video into parts so that the recipe can be executed much more easily.I would
definitely recommend this video to anyone looking for new techniques and flavours to
improve their culinary knowledge and skills.
