GENDER NEUTRAL EDUCATION. ESSAY
Focus must be brought to the fact that gender neutral education is supposed to positively contribute
to the kid's upbringing. Yet, a question should be posed to all of those who endorse such an idea.
Why should we ignore the experience of woman, and thus not know how to identify the problems
they face throughout life?
Regardless of all the hype surrounding gender neutral education, recent studies in China have put
forward the fact that gender neutral education is taking a toll at a micro level, hence, reinforcing the
gender stereotypes and set against the masculinity and femininity. So, overall, may be faring badly
impact on the road of both males and females to grow up into the full person they want to be.
Might be the eagerness for having a more equal and tolerant society, has taken women models to
conceal their own problems, there is not even gender equality in the modern world thought. More
likely, we are still biased by gender roles and sexuality attitudes considered appropriate. It is fair to
underline the fact that in much of the world, women are not on an equal footing in terms of
conditions and choice, but also a wide range of detrimental social relations has been generated.
It is vital to name education types from gender perspective: gender-neutral education, gendered
education and gender-sensitive education. The truth is that a great slew of people do not know the
difference between the ideas, this is why disparate opinions are created.
So, without a shadow of doubt, this is a problem that needs addressing with a gender-sensitive
education include emphasizing the gender differences without being restricted, empowering woman
and guiding males. So, were I in your shoes, I would keep an eye on how aware are kids of the gender
roles presence and downsides, so will many havocs be brought to a standstill.
