Written report- exam extraordinario
After accepting this job, the clients get back to you to request the
reports that they are interested in for the moment.
You are required to write a 800-900 word report on the following
specific aspects:
·******A brief survey of the planning permission laws in the area (the
real estate company has told us that it is legal to build a house there,
but we do not fully trust them and we would like to have an expert’s
survey report).
·******A technical report on building recommendations taking the
following aspects into account: terrain and soil, earthquake risk
assessment, best building materials based on weather conditions and
solar energy supply assessment.
Piece of advice: For your technical report, you may want to research
on recent earthquakes data in the area, overall climate (annual
rainfall, temperatures and wind), type of soil in the area, and any
other relevant information.
Please provide your report with a clear structure.
