We are going to present our programme.
First day: Monday 20th of June
As the arrival of Mr Lee Chung and Mr John Wong will be at 9.10 a.m., we are going to be at the airport
waiting for them at that hour to take them to a luxury hotel where they can leave their suitcases and to have
a rest and relax. We will carry them on a private car with a personal driver to have lunch at 2.00 p.m. at a
Spanish restaurant in Valencia’s Center. At the afternoon, 6.00 p.m., we are going to see the Albufera’s
sights. Finally, at 9.00 p.m., we will go to have dinner at a typical “tapas bar”.
Second day: Tuesday 21st of June
The next morning, after having breakfast at the hotel at 9.00 a.m., a member of the company will take Mr
Lee Chung and Mr John Wong to the arrangement at our company to test how we work. We will show them
our products and they will meet our highly qualified staff. An employee who speaks Chinese and the
president of the company will show them the factory. At the end, a private car will take us to have lunch,
seafood by the beach, where we will tell them about our plans for the future and our new toys and products.
After that, the private car will take them back to the hotel to have a rest. In the afternoon, 6.00 p.m., the
president of the company and the interpreter will join Mr Lee Chung and Mr John Wong to visit the
spectacular “Oceanographic”. They will have dinner at 9.30 p.m. at the hotel, as there will be a special
“flamenco” actuation.
Third day: Wednesday 22nd of June
The private car will pick them up at 10.00 a.m. to make a tour around Valencian important places and
monuments, like “Micalet”, the North Station, Central Market… They will have lunch at “Maria de la O’s
restaurant”. Then, they will continue the tour. Besides, when they arrive at the port, they will take a boat to
Tabarca where they will have dinner and sleep. Obviously, they will always be with a staff member.
Last day: Thursday 23rd of June
After breakfast, at 9.00, a boat will pick Mr Lee Chung and Mr John Wong up taking them to Denia, where
they will do diving and visit the city. During the lunch, the president of the company will give some presents
wrapped with red paper to our Asiatic visitors. The presents will be two Smith & Smoorcer watches. At
Denia a helicopter will take them to the hotel, where they will pack their things. Finally, the private car will
take them to the airport.
