going to talk about Peruvian coffee and imported and i will take example like Colombian
coffee.
The Peruvian coffee sector through a challenging context since more than 50% of the
coffee consumed is imported.despite peruvian coffee have many good characteristics for
example:
The smoothness of Peruvian coffee makes it highly appreciated, especially for those who
prefer a less bitter. a fruity smell is that make it unique; in addition It has commitment to
sustainability , it have a production of organic coffee, which not only preserves the
environment but also improves the quality
Peruvian coffee have been growning in the environment of the Andes Mountains.
- **Quality:** everybody know that Colombian coffee is recognized around the world for
its good quality.But really is ? In my opinion Peruvian coffee should be recognized such as
best because it offers a delicious flavor and a very special smell..
- **Price:** IMPORTED coffee is usually a little more expensive,juan valdez cost in a
small size S/ 36.50 Peruvian coffee could offer a better price cost in a small size · S/ 26.
It maybe is the high price of exported coffee is for to the cost of transport it and promote
it,what i am trying to say local coffee has a adventage, it’s a economic.
- **Availability:** Colombian coffee is available in most supermarkets, the presence of
Peruvian coffee is growing, especially in stores that cater to coffee lovers. in fairs and
festivals.
In mi opinion Peruvian coffee will be more competitive when the industry's increased
production and improved distribution channels
- **Marketing:** Colombian coffee has strong marketing campaigns HOWEVER peruvian
coffee is catching up quickly. I think Peru must focus on marketing its coffee as not only a
product but also a part of its rich cultural heritage
If Peruvian coffee producers show the process and its origin, it will become better known
and might have more acceptance in the public.
"In conclusion, choosing Peruvian coffee over foreign isn’t just about taste—it’s about
supporting sustainable agriculture and cultural heritage. We should all consider this
before you are going to buy our next coffee
