1.1 Fabricada em chapa de aço SAE 1020, com pintura epóxi e batedores (globo, raquete e

espiral) em alumínio. Possui 8 velocidades com troca por meio de polia variadora e sistema

de segurança na cuba quando em funcionamento.

1.2 São usados rolamentos blindados na sua fabricação.

1.3 A capacidade deste equipamento é de 12 litros de mistura.

2.1 Instale a sua batedeira planetária sobre uma superfície plana.

2.2 Antes de conectar o sua máquina à rede elétrica, certifique-se de que a voltagem indicada

no seletor de voltagem (110/220V) coincide com a rede de seu estabelacimento.

2.3 Lembre-se sempre de conectar o fio terra.

3.1 Esta batedeira foi desenvolvida para preparar massas leves (glacês, cremes, mashmallow,

panquecas, claras em neve, sorvetes).

3.2 Para escolha do batedor adequado, verifique instruções na parte superior da máquina.

3.3 Para instalar o batedor certifique-se de que a máquina esteja desligada da rede elétrica.

Retire o grampo item nº 95, empurre para cima a peça nº 91 e desencaixe o batedor do eixo

fixador nº 92.

3.4 Nunca mexa na massa quando a máquina estiver ligada, ou seja, não insira qualquer

objeto na bacia da máquina enquanto ela estiver em funcionamento.

3.5 Para a troca de velocidade é necessário que a máquina esteja em funcionamento.

3.6 Ao ligar a máquina com os ingredientes na cuba, utilize velocidades baixas e após

selecione a velocidade adequada. Nunca utilize, na máquina, matéria-prima superior ao

indicado no item 1.3.

4.1 Antes de efetuar a limpeza de seu equipamento, certifique-se de que a máquina esteja

desligada da rede elétrica.

4.2 Os batedores e a cuba podem ser lavados em água corrente, o restante da máquina usar

somente pano úmido.

4.3 Para retirar os batedores verifique o item 3.3 e para retirar a cuba levante a proteção

aramada item nº 30.

4.4 Não derrame água sobre o equipamento.

• La mercaderia viaja bajo los cuidados del cliente. Eventuales dudas acerca del estado defe

ctuosos de lá máquina se las deberán aclamar con el transportador en el momento de la en-

trega.

• Antes de prender la máquina o cuando haya alguma duda sobre su funcionalidad, cada

operador debe leer cuidadosamente este manual de uso.

• En etapa de localización y mantenimiento de avarias, tome todas los percautos para

prevenir cuarquier dano a las personas o a la máquina. Desconéctela de la red eléctrica

antes de repararla.

• Conserve cuidadosamente este Manual para cualquier otra consulta.
• Haja la instalación conforme la instrucciones del frabricante o contáctese con el personal

especializado.

• Para eventuales reparos, diríjase, exclusivamente a un centro de AsistenciaTécnica

Autorizado por el fabricante y solicitar piezas de reposición originales.

• La incomprensión de los avisos anteriores puede comprometer la seguridad del operador.

equipment. The operator has the duty and responssibility to be guided by it. Contents includ a

description of the caracteristics, funtioning, installation and maintenance, as well as aspect

pertaining to operator safety.

• Before using the equipment, it is necessary to consult this manual. We recommend that it be

read carefully and that its instruction be followed rigorously. To preserve operator safety, the

equipment should be maintained in perfect condition.

• This manual is an integral part of the equipment, and should be kept in a place of easy access,

known by all of its operators, and made avaliable to all persons responsible for its functioning

and repair.

• Before using the equipment, and each time that a doubt arises about its functioning, each

operator has the responsability of reading carefully this manual.

• In the process of product installation or during maintenance, use all responsible means

necessary to prevent injury to peaple and to the machine.

• Upon finishing the removal or neutrlization of any part related to the safe use of the machine

(sensors protective parts, etc.) Replacethem in their proper place and make sure that the

security mechanisms are correctly positioned.

• The merchandise is shipped at the client's risk. Any claims that may be made concerning a

defective condiction of the machine should be presented to the shipper at the time of delivery.

BP 12S PLANETARY MIXER ANOTAÇÕES

1.1 Manufactured in SAE 1020 steel plate, with epoxy finishing and beaters (globe, racket and

spiral) in aluminum. It has 8 speeds, changeable through a variation pulleand it has a bowl safety

System when it is working.

1.2 Shieldedroller bearings are used in its manufacturing.

1.3 Two speed motor, changeable on the on/off switch.

1.4 The capacity of this equipment is 12 liters of mixture.

2.1 Install your planetary mixer on a flat surface.

2.2 Before switching the machine on, check that the voltage (110/220v) shown on it conforms to

your mains supply.

2.3 Always remember to connect the earth wire.

3.1 This mixer has been developed for preparing light dough (frostings, icings, creams,

marshmallows, pancakes, egg whites, ice-creams).

3.2 In order to choose the right beater, check the instructions on the machine’s top.

3.3 To install the beater, make sure your equipment is disconnected from the mainssupply.

Remove the clamp (item 95), push part nº 91 up and detach the beater from the fixing axle

(Item92).

3.4 Never stir the dough while e machine is on, that is to say, do not insert any object in the

bowl while the machine is working.

3.5 To change speed the machine must be working.

3.6 When switching the machine on with the ingredients in the bowl, use low speeds in the

beginning and after that select the appropriate speed. Never use higther quantities of

ingredients than indicated on item 1.3.

4.1 Before cleaning your equipment, make sure it is disconected from the mains supply.

4.2 The bowl and beaters can be washed using running water. To clean other parts, use just a

damp cloth.

4.3 To remove the beaters, check item 3.3 and to remove the bowl lift the wire protection (item

4.4 Do not pour water over your equipment.
