Joana: Nowadays being a teenager it's like being a warrior who keeps fightening a losing fight over spilled blood. But like the warrior does, we do fight. Because we aren´t expected to do less; to be less than a fighter; to be less than courageous. Courage to face the problems we have got as teens, and be corageous enough to recognize it and overcome them. And sometimes, it is not easy. Actually, it's one of the hardest things in life. And why's that? Because running away was always better than solving things. Because running away from ourselves and others is always better than solving things. Facing, fixing and solving is hard, cause it means to be brave and to have courage. What if we don't have it? Guida: For us, is harder to be all that, since we suffer a lot of pressure for our family, friends and for society. So being courageous it's not easy, but we have to work harder and put ourselves in first place. And you know why? (...) Because we decide our future, there is not other person in the whole world that can do that for us. So we have to fight ungaint our fears, fight ungainst all the people that want us to be at the "rock bottom". Joana: But we won't be in that place. We’ll be stronger, however much it hurts. Look, without pain, we can’t build the walls of our home, and as much as these constructions cost, they are the most beautiful we might have; ‘cause they result of an honest process of overcoming and growing up. And nothing is better than that. Each one of us can start right now and form their own. Guida: It's ok to cry, to be hurted, to feel pressured, to want to go to bed or even to give up… but don’t give in. Joana: Trust in... li.. Gomes: It's really easy to talk about it, isn't it? But trying to do not give up. You see teenagers killing themselves, because you judge them; but you don’t want people to judge you. Joana: Look, doesn't really matter to society what you want. People will always judge you, because of the way you dress, because of your look, your words, even because of your victories. It’s the cruel human nature. However, it also belongs to human nature, knowing which human actions to choose and wich one’s to separate; choose what makes us happier and better, separating that bad comments wich hurts us and does not build anything good. After that, you will be much better able to deal with life and finally trust it. I'm not saying that you cannot to cry or let these comments affect you, no; they’re what will make you immune and resistant. What I’m saying is that everything is learned and cured, but failing makes us stronger; and being judged makes us more powerful. You just have to give yourself time to learn how to select people’s judgments. Gomes:
Guida: Joana: We are us. Responsible for making our dreams our own reality. Nothing can stop us, because we are the future. Guida: We’re enough! We’re brave. Joana: We’re strong! Gomes: We won’t give up. Todas: We got it!
