The electronic ballast project will initiate the manufacturing of electronic ballast circuit for induction lamp in Pakistan. Companies will not import the circuit from aboard, therefore the cost of induction lamp will decrease. It will also help the companies to repair and remanufacture the circuit.
The objectives which mutually support the milestones and deliverables for this project have been identified. In order to achieve success on the electronic ballast project, the following objectives must be met within the designated time and budget allocations:
Following are the stakeholders of the project.
The Electronic ballast project has been created to design and manufacture electronic ballast circuits for induction lamp in Pakistan. The costs associated with the successful design and implementation of this project will be recovered as a result of the increased profit.
To meet the objectives and the completion of this project, following assumptions has been made :
โ The project will be completed on estimated schedule. โ The amount of budget is in accordance to the project sponsor. โ Project sponsor will provide the resources for hardware testing. โ Quality of the project will be based of the percentage completion of the project. โ Altium and Express PCB are the soft wares to be used for the simulation of the project.
The project Summary Milestone Schedule is presented below. As requirements are more clearly defined this schedule may be modified. Any changes will be communicated through project status meetings by the project manager.
The following table contains a summary budget based on the planned cost components and estimated costs required for successful completion of the project.
Summary Budget โ List component project costs Project Component Component Cost Personnel Resources Rs 10, Hardware Design Rs 20, Electronic Components Rs 50, Total Rs 80,
