I think the most important decision I made was changing my major in
university. Originally, I was studying psychology because I thought it was
what was expected of me. However, I didn't feel satisfied and wasn't sure if I
was on the right path.
One day, I had a conversation with a friend who was studying Marketing. He
told me about his experiences and how he felt really passionate about what
he was doing. That made me think. If I hadn't had that conversation, I
probably would have continued with psychology and wouldn't have been
happy.
After much reflection, I decided to change my career to Marketing. It was a
difficult decision to make, but if I hadn't made it, I would have always
wondered what would have happened. The consequences of my decision
were significant. I had to start over and face disapproval from some people.
But in the end, it was worth it.
