TOPIC: RECREATIONAL AREA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The purpose of this report is to give an account of the outcomes of the recent meeting about
the scheme to build new areas of play for the children in the middle of the town. Around 90%
people understand it is necessary for children because the majority of families have more than
three children. The report summarizes some of the main arguments made during the meeting
and finally finishes with some recommendatios.
Lia Dark began the meeting by summarizing some of the reasons for the proposal. The help of
the town president was mentioned. According to Aaron Smith, who is the president's
secretary, he will donate cash.
However, there are some problems, the minority of local residents who attended considered
that it is an unnecessary proposal, it could be very inconvenient to take charge of cleaning the
area or other things.
In conclusion, it was evident that there would be some negative aspects. I would recommend
that a vote be taken on whether you agree or not and that the majority decide.
