Greetings to all the people present, authorities, members of associations and federations and among others. It is an honor to be here today to present the implementation of a change in the Olympic Games. Due to the increased popularity of extreme sports such as parkour, motocross, surfing and many more; I would like to recommend that mixed martial arts become an official Olympic sport. As we all know, an era has come where now extreme sports have taken on great relevance, so much so that its popularity continues to grow constantly. That is probably the reason why when the Olympic Games are projected every 4 years, there is no longer the same excitement as before when you were going to see the most important competition of swimming, tennis, volleyball and among others. It might be necessary to implement new sports at the Olympic Games in order to catch people’s attention. Several years ago, sports fanatics turned on the television just to watch these Olympic games regardless of the time they were shown. So much was the excitement that you didn't mind getting up at dawn just to see this event that happened every 4 years. See if your favorite athlete won the test, how the competition developed, the strategies and tactics of the competitors, the emotion of being able to see it and feel it as if you were there. I remember that with my family we met in the living room, we turned on the television and we made our bets on who was going to win. Of course, each person had their preference for the sport they liked, but at that time we watched swimming. In swimming, one of the outstanding athletes was Michael Phelps, so those lovers of this sport watched the program just for this, although there were also other outstanding athletes, but this was the one that was most popular. Perhaps the reason that many people used to watch the Olympic Games was because of that emotion that they transmitted to their spectators every time they saw it, and this is what happens when people perform or watch small extreme sports competitions. In mixed martial arts, not only are there many athletes with great potential, but when you see all these fighting techniques and martial arts, the public can't help but get excited and I feel that this is the purpose of the Olympic games, that people can enjoy themselves. see them and that more athletes can be part of this high-level competition. The reason why all this happened was because when you saw the competition, you got excited about how it developed since you knew that it didn't happen every year, so the competitors specially prepared for this by putting all their effort and giving it their all in the competition. I feel that this is the reason why when you see the most important competition in each sport you get so excited that you can't help but stop watching because you want to know what is going to happen, who wins or not, how it develops, the tactics and strategies, see the effort that each competitor put in and among other things.
Both for the athletes in the competitions and the public that views all of this, getting excited and enjoying these events is the purpose of competing, of giving everything and making others notice. Like in various extreme sports like parkour, rafting, scuba diving and many more. People, whether they practice it or just visualize it, get excited and it may be for the simple fact that it is risky or that unlike other sports, when you play sports, you can't help but feel like adrenaline runs through your whole body since you can get hurt but when you do it's like you forget about it and focus on what you're experiencing. If there is a spectator who does not enjoy the emotion that a competition can transmit, it becomes important regardless of the fact that this can happen for various reasons. If there are athletes who want there to be more higher-level competitions in extreme sports, more competitions should be held because it means that there are many athletes who do not get to fully enjoy the beauty of competing. It is necessary to take into account that regardless of the sport, all require effort and discipline, so much so that this is why competitions are so important for athletes, because here you see the fruits of your effort. On top of that, they are done fairly by their rules so there are no things like it was cheating or they didn't deserve to be the winner. Every athlete knows that in order to improve it is necessary to have perseverance, motivation, effort, discipline to be able to achieve the result you want to achieve and you may end up hurt or fatigued along the way, but what is necessary is that you keep moving forward to achieve all the goals and objectives what you want to accomplish In mixed martial arts, there is a risk that competitors will get hurt or injured because, unlike others, this has to do with what are combat techniques, so it is inevitable that injuries are avoided. However, to prevent athletes from leaving with great damage, medical personnel can be on hand so that when something happens, they can have medical access in the competition. There are some people who may agree with my suggestion to add this great sport to the Olympic Games and others who are not convinced by the possible risks it can have if the necessary precautionary measures are not taken. But in the end, what has to be taken more into account is the opinion of the public and the athletes regarding this. If they agree then everything else can be resolved through planning. What people like to see in a competition is the emotion of how it develops, of a fair and exciting competition where the whole essence of a sport and everything that surrounds it is seen, that is something that people who do not practice any sport but even if you see competitions you want to see in the
