Although this assignment requires collaborative work, each student must submit an individual portfolio folder. Part 1: Produce a five-day professional event schedule (using project management software) and WBS (work breakdown structure) prior to the five-day development event that details planning and resource allocation including the (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) Part 2: Create a ten-minute Power Point presentation on 'team dynamics' that includes a presentation and an activity sheet that requires delegates to participate in a team-building activity. (Maximum of eight slides, including the introductory slide) Part 3: A written evaluation of your performance in this task and your contribution to the team. You are required to make use of headings, paragraphs, subsections, and illustrations as appropriate , and all work must be supported with research and referenced using the Harvard referencing system. 1. Company description Netflix is a popular streaming service that offers a vast catalog of movies, TV shows, and original content. It's available on smart TVs, through streaming devices, and even on your smartphone and tablet using the official app for iOS or Android **Figure 1 Netflix

Continuing leadership Netflix's strategic management supports the goal of sustained leadership, indicating that the company has already met its previous corporate vision statement of global industry leadership. The company intends to maintain its leadership and operational effectiveness while expanding its membership to meet the objectives of the corporate vision. The business strengths listed in Netflix Inc.'s SWOT analysis contribute to the company's industry leadership. 2. Internet The "Internet" part of the corporate vision statement represents the importance of online media in business operations. 3. Entertainment The nature of Netflix as an entertainment business is included as a point in the corporate vision, similar to how the corporate mission statement describes the company as an entertainment enterprise. Notable is Netflix's organizational culture, which motivates employees to help the company continuously evolve to meet the vision statement by ensuring customer satisfaction and industry leadership. 5. Figure 5 TV show in NextflixGaming In July 2021, Netflix hired Mike Verdu, a former executive from Electronic Arts and Facebook, as vice president of game development, along with plans to add video games by 2022, offering premium mobile games based on Stranger Things including Stranger Things 3: The Game , for free to subscribers through the Netflix mobile app. The company acquired Night School Studio, an independent video game developer, in September 2021. Netflix officially launched mobile games on November 2, 2021, for Android users around the world. Through the app, subscribers had free access to five games, including two previously made Stranger Things titles. Netflix stated that they intend to add more games to this service over time.
