The birth of the Internet marked the great development of human. The Internet has impacted all areas of people’s lives, making their lives more progressive and modern. One of the notable and ever-evolving types of the Internet is e-commerce. With the increasing access of people to the Internet, there is no reason for the e-commerce industry to grow. With the explosive growth of e-commerce, of course, banking and finance - the big guys in the economic field cannot stay out of this “game”. If you are using a bank card and receiving all transactions online, it seems that running to the bank or post office to transfer money or pay for services and items purchased online is in a limited time. It's not a pleasant thing. Together with the developed economy, the increasing number of transactions related to currency and the increasing shopping needs of people are the main motivation for the epay application to be born. Notice that, our group decided to hold a event with a view to enhancing the knowledge about Epay (Electronic payment). The event is a development strategy for an e-commerce solution comparable to the "VN Pay" Company. We're going to train them on using Epay effectively and successfully. This report will document the steps and processes we have incorporated our knowledge and experience into a reality project. Figure 1. VNPAY - an e-commerce application.
I. Definition and the importance of communication skill.
At its most basic level, communication is the act of transmitting information from one location to another. It can be expressed verbally as using the voice, written using printed or digital media such as books, magazines, websites, or emails, graphically using logos, maps, charts, graphs, or non-verbally using symbols, maps, charts, or graphs using body language, gestures and the tone and pitch of voice. In practice, it is usually a mix of several of these. It may take a lifetime to master communication skills, if anyone can ever claim to have done so. There are, however, a number of simple things you can do to improve your communication skills and ensure that you can properly convey and receive information. Figure 2. Communication skills.
Perhaps the most crucial life skill is the ability to communicate effectively. It is what allows us to communicate with others and comprehend what is said to us. To appreciate how fundamental the desire to communicate is, just watch a baby listening carefully to its mother and trying to imitate the sounds she makes. As a result, improving your communication skills can benefit you in many facets of your life, from work to social gatherings and everything in between. Following here are the things that prove how important communication skills are:
Figure 3. Effective communication skills. In common, communication can be defined in two types: Verbal communication and Non-verbal communication. Figure 4. Verbal and non-verbal communication. II. Verbal communication.
Definition: Verbal Communication is a type of oral communication wherein the message is transmitted through spoken words. Here the sender gives words to his feelings, thoughts, ideas, and opinions and expresses them in the form of speeches, discussions, presentations, and conversations. Figure 5. Verbal communication. Note: The effectiveness of verbal communication depends on the tone of the speaker, clarity of speech, volume, speed, body language and the quality of words used in the conversation. In the case of verbal communication, the feedback is immediate since there are a simultaneous transmission and receipt of the message by the sender and receiver respectively. The success of the verbal communication depends not only on the speaking ability of an individual but also on the listening skills. How effectively an individual listens to the subject matter decides the effectiveness of the communication. The verbal communication is applicable in both the formal and informal kind of situations. III. Non-verbal communication. Definition: Non-Verbal Communication is the process of conveying meaning without the use of words either written or spoken. In other words, any communication made between two or more persons through the use of facial expressions, hand movements, body language, postures, and gestures is called non-verbal communication.

Sometimes, the non-verbals acts as a barrier to communicating effectively as the recipient could not understand what the sender is trying to say and may interpret it wrongly. IV. I. Definition and the importance of time management skills.
The practice of managing and planning how to split your time between various activities is known as time management. When you get it right, you'll find yourself working smarter rather than harder to get more done in less time, even when time is short and pressures are high. Staying organized can help you keep track of what you need to do and when you need to do it. Maintaining an up-to-date calendar, being able to access certain documents quickly, keeping a clean atmosphere, and taking precise, careful notes are all examples of being well-organized.
Figure 11. Time management tips.
The ability to manage your time effectively is important. Good time management leads to improved efficiency and productivity, less stress, and more success in life. Here are some benefits of managing time effectively: Stress relief: Making and following a task schedule reduces anxiety. As you check off items on your “to-do” list, you can see that you are making tangible progress. This helps you avoid feeling stressed out with worry about whether you’re getting things done. More time: Good time management gives you extra time to spend in your daily life. People who can time-manage effectively enjoy having more time to spend on hobbies or other personal pursuits. More opportunities: Managing time well leads to more opportunities and less time wasted on trivial activities. Good time management skills are key qualities that employers look for. The ability to prioritize and schedule work is extremely desirable for any organization.
