A. INTRODUCTION The report is below, and it discusses my goal-setting, personality, and learning preferences, as well as how to use them to solve the issues I mentioned in my personal development plan. B. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM DYNAMICS IN THE SUCCESS AND/OR FAILURE OF GROUP WORK(P5)

I. Definition of team dynamics

It depicts the general dynamic of a group of people working together. Here, the chemistry illustrates how members play functional, psychological, and emotional roles that have a direct impact on employee engagement. As a result, finding the correct personality combination is crucial for maintaining team cohesiveness (Gupta, 2021). This will:

  • Cultivate wholesome relationships (Gupta, 2021).
  • Reduce the likelihood of team disputes (Gupta, 2021).
  • Improve a company's overall performance (Gupta, 2021).
  • Increases the rate of staff retention (Gupta, 2021).

II. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group

work

Benefits to an organization can be defined in a number of ways by team dynamics. Therefore, it is essential to comprehend the following factors that are helpful for team-building (Gupta, 2021):

Tuong controls the communicational flow. enables the shy and reserved individuals to offer their ideas, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to express themselves. limits those who dominate the discourse and might propose guidelines or criteria for the group to follow to make sure everyone has an opportunity to speak. Tuong displays a variety of important individual roles within the organization. Tuong is a first-rate team player who is dedicated about his obligations. This illustrates Tuong's exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude to foster diversity and teamwork inside the organization. Tuong serves as a gatekeeper, enabling all group members to express themselves by enticing the reserved and reserved individuals to submit their ideas. Figure 2 :Table in my group C. I. Introduction of my group work

We formed a group to have fun after each session and to assist one another in studying and doing homework because we had met so many various challenges and stresses while doing our homework and studying. Our team's report on the "Fullstack Development" event, which involved 20 participants and was intended to teach them various self-improvement skills including time management, communication, teamwork, and some programming, was quite effective during the first reporting session. This training program uses a lot of technology and invites many investors from various sectors to share their experiences with students and others. Tran Van Tuong, Nguyen Van Truong, Nguyen Van Quang, and Dang Hong Quang Minh are the four individuals who make up my group. The training program's objective is to teach participants and students the advantages of time management and effective time management techniques.

II. My role in the group work

On the team, we all had a clear and fair division of work for assignment 1. My task in the group is to do the product part for the group's presentation using powerpoint. I need a clear understanding of the project's goals, deliverables, and schedule. To create sleek and eye-catching slides with PowerPoint, I also have to have good technical skills. To ensure that the slides accurately reflect the team's work and are produced on time to meet project deadlines, I also have the ability to work well with other team members. Sometimes in

the group, there are disagreements and arguments, but I am always the one to mediate and encourage the team members. I am position in the working process is critical to the team's success.

III. Result of group work

For assignment 1, we try to get a p while also making sure we have mastered abilities like time management, teamwork, communication, etc. We did well on task 1, and we also learned a lot about time management and collaboration. Through activity 1, our ability to cooperate also increased, helping us to be more confident in the next group activities. In exercise 1, we got along very well and had a lot of free time. However, because most of the group's communication skills are poor and public speaking is still poor, presenting in front of the class is where we have the biggest difficulty. In short, we have accomplished what we set out to do, but we still need to make some improvements to achieve better results. D. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF CDP AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO OWN LEARNING (P7)

I. Define of CDP

The process of acquiring professional skills and knowledge through interactive, participation-based, or independent learning is known as continuing professional development (CPD). Through accredited learning or self-guided learning techniques, it enables learners to actively build their professional capabilities (Hughes, 2022). It entails establishing goals with a planned and goal-specific plan for both short- and long-term progress. People who are participating in CPD must maintain track of every knowledge acquired and advancement achieved in order to reflect on their learning, demonstrate their skills, and occasionally as proof that they have completed CDP (Hughes, 2022). Technical and non-technical abilities should be developed together so that students can acquire the knowledge and understanding needed to approach professional issues from a variety of perspectives (Hughes, 2022). II. Three skills need to develop

Some skills to develop to develop yourself: Communication skills : The act of communicating involves sending ideas from one entity to another through recognized signs, symbols, and norms. In a nutshell, communications skills are a set of behaviors you perform when sending and receiving different types of information. Expressing your opinion on a subject, keeping others informed of new developments on a project, expressing emotions, etc. are some examples of communicating. Speaking, listening, observing, and empathizing are all aspects of communication abilities. Understanding how to communicate on the phone, in person, and via digital channels like social media and email is also helpful (Harshita, 2022). Communication skills have many benefits in life (Lancaster, 2022):

  • Creates better relationships
  • Helps handle conflicts better
  • Builds empathy
  • Increases self-awareness
  • Builds trust Communication skills have a lot of benefits and are really essential in life. So I really want to improve it. Ability to solve problem: It is described as the ability to solve issues by carefully examining every facet of the issue, thoroughly assessing it, and determining what resources are required to complete the task. Along with critical thinking and creativity, these abilities also include self-assurance, time management, and the capacity to collaborate with others (Aj, 2023). Additionally, the ability to solve problems effectively is essential for success in both academic and everyday circumstances. To achieve their academic and professional goals, students require these abilities (Aj, 2023). A few of the benefits associated with these skills are listed below (Aj, 2023):

  • Improve Your Relationships with Others
  • It facilitates fostering creativity
  • Making decisions with confidence is aided by problem solving My life would be so much easier if I was equipped with problem-solving skills. These techniques can also help me overcome many obstacles that I may encounter throughout my life. Public speaking skills: public speaking is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself on many levels. Public speaking can help you achieve your goals, whether they be to participate in political debate, launch a career as a motivational speaker, or increase audience confidence (Barnard, 2018). Benefits of public speaking skills (Barnard, 2018):
  • Advances career
  • Increases confidence
  • Help with critical thinking
  • Improves interpersonal communication
  • Builds leadership skills I was once given a presentation in front of a crowd and it was my first time. I am extremely worried and scared. That's why I want to improve this skill. And in the future it can help me a lot in my work.

CONCLUSION In this project, I provided an introduction to the report, demonstrated to everyone the value of teamwork and my part in the team, talked about the significance of CDP and contributed to its use for personal learning,... Through this lesson, I have learned how important it is for me to develop my talents and create a strategy for my personal growth, as doing so will enable me to succeed more than those who don't. G. CRITICAL EVALUATION Your strengths and weaknesses as you take the test: My strengths are creative thinking, good time management ability, so I always complete work on time. With the ability to find information and work with concentration, I was able to complete the assignment quickly Besides the strengths, I also see some weaknesses of myself such as being poor in foreign languages ability. This greatly affects the study of Vocational Internship. My decision making and public speaking skills are a bit weak. It puts me at a disadvantage in group presentations. How to improve your weakness More listening and learning is needed on my part, especially from my friends and teachers.

The team's communication should be improved. Boost your English language skills. My reading and comprehension skills need to be better. I also need to write in academic English more effectively. I'll get a better grade on my assignment if you say no. Become more fluent when speaking in front of an audience. Your score that you think you deserve (P, M, D).
