I. INTRODUCTION
In this assignment, I will prepare plan to origanize the training schedule about 4 days. During this 4 days, there will be activities like seminar, team building, work shop and break-out sessions. We will arrange and assign tasks reasonably with the time we have. After that, we will evalute the roles and responsibilities of team members. In this assignment, I will also provide additional training material for the team dynamics training session.

- Importance of verbal communication: For instruction: It provides a mean to command other individuals to perform certain duties. It is through communication that the person is able to deliver exact instruction to perform a specific job and thereby gaining a certain amount of control over the actions of the subordinates and juniors. For information: Without the presence of any means of communication, it will be very difficult to express the exact information of others. With effective communication in an organization, you will be able to complete its task on time and gain success in the future. Conveying correct and accurate information is not only important for the person concerned but is also vital for the organization as a whole. For direction: Communication provides a mean for higher authorities to give direction to the organization and provides directive to the juniors to act in accordance with the vision and aim of the organization. 3. Non-verbal communication
- Nonverbal communication is the transfer of information through the use of body language including eye contact, facial expressions, gestures and more. For example, smiling when you meet someone conveys friendliness, acceptance and openness. Everyone uses nonverbal communication all the time whether they know it or not.
- Nonverbal communication is dependent on seeing and analyzing physical movements as opposed to verbal communication, or the use of language to transfer information through written text, speaking or sign language. (Indeed, 2021) -Types of non-verbal communication: Body language: Body language is the way someone situates their body depending on the situation, the environment and how they are feeling. Movement: The way you move your arms and legs such as walking quickly or slowly, standing, sitting or fidgeting, can all convey different messages to onlookers. Posture: The way you sit or stand can also communicate your comfort level, professionalism and general disposition towards a person or conversation. Eye contact: Strategically using eye content (or lack of eye contact) is an extremely effective way to communicate your attention and interest. Touch: Some people also use touch as a form of communication. Most commonly, it is used to communicate support or comfort. This form of communication should be used sparingly and only when you know the receiving party is okay with it. It should never be used to convey anger, frustration or any other negative emotions.

- Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities.
