1.2. Characteristic of Team Dynamics
Dealing with human behavior is always not easy; there is no way to control how people respond to one another. so that a team can work together effectively. Let's discuss the characteristics that make up a Team Dynamic below:
- Shared Purpose: The difference between a team and a team is that a team shares a common goal. When a group of people work together, it's important for everyone to be clear about what that goal is. If your team is having trouble making decisions and seems to be fighting on its own at every key moment, it's time to do some research to find out if everyone is on the same page.
- Trust and Openness: Team members need to feel safe to share information and ideas without fear of punishment or embarrassment. Trust opens the door to dialogue that can lead to better ideas and more creativity. Team members must also be able to trust that everyone will meet their deadlines, shoulder their weight, and do their part.
- Willingness to Correct Mistakes: An important aspect of the explanation is ready to admit and correct mistakes. When successful depends on the results, a productivity group must set the appropriate processes for measurement and evaluation. Monitor your work and be ready to change the direction if the results are not as expected.
II. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work Group dynamics is a broad concept and represents the way group members behave and the psychological processes that underlie these interactions within the group. When team members engage in work projects, their behaviors are interdependent, and from these interactions, the team has attitudes, motivations, and perceptions that influence how team members feel. about each other, their team, and their projects. You must not only keep yourself motivated but also know how to encourage your team mates, especially if you are the captain. But we can't avoid loss; there are still as many flaws as we anticipated, and we'll need a lot of help from our comrades to fulfill our objectives. I'll also explain why team dynamics are so crucial to teamwork's success or failure.
- Team cognition The group's awareness focuses on the group's decision making and how the group evaluates situations. Most of the awareness focuses on the process of decision making and processing information of individuals. However, the cognitive theory of the interactive group proposes that awareness is in the group's interactions. Figure 2. Team Cognition
III. In my group a) Success factor
- Teamwork in a cohesive spirit: Know how to reconnect with other group members; If not, you will feel lonely and as if you are not appreciated in the group. Learn how to connect with others, you will be able to form an ideal group. Because members will be willing to share and support each other in business and life.
- Adhere to the principles set forth: We establish rules and punishments for members to deter every time they make mistakes
- Responsible for the assigned work: The assigned person is not only responsible for his work but also responsible for the group's work. In order to achieve the highest and timely working efficiency, teamwork requests to coordinate with other members. However, if you are irresponsible, relying on others or failing to fulfill the assigned responsibility, you are negatively impacting the whole team, leading to the whole group will be affected.
- Prevent conflicts from the beginning: We understand that team spirit can easily create controversy, so we have to prevent and solve this conflict issue immediately should not continue for a long time.
- Help and respect each other: When working in groups, people should put the ego aside and listen to what others say. Supporting and respecting each other among group members is the most important thing to work together and towards a common goal. Group work promotes a happy and comfortable atmosphere. b) Failure factor
- Conservative character: Some team members want to defend their bad thoughts and beliefs and refuse to listen to suggestions from others to make changes to fit their jobs. This error will have immediate effects on the individual and is always self-righteous. This easily causes unnecessary conflicts.
- Don't focus on work Sometimes we lose focus, which leads to a lot of time to get the job done. The engrossed in another sideline work will lead to delaying work and forget that I need to focus on accomplishing my goals on time.
- Individuals who do not have their own opinions in group debates: Some members of the group are afraid of communication and quiet, so they never dare to express their own thoughts. They always agree with the views of others. However, if doing so, no results will be achieved. Should give separate opinions to keep the topic vivid and can create new and better ideas.

When I make mistakes and fail to achieve my goals, I always remind myself that don't give up, I will try again and give my best. So I always try to work hard, try to learn and divide my time properly. Exchange and make many friends to learn a lot from them. You should let your mind relax after a tiring working day by exercising and entertaining. Always setting short-term goals and trying to achieve them will make you feel great and happy. Figure 12.
