As a result, the team agreed to let me take care of the logistics. ❖ Nguyen Van Phuoc is a lively, amusing person who enjoys making others laugh, so he was given a marketer job by the group ❖ Phuoc loves interacting and communicating with Nhi during the group's projects and it feels so good together, so she will let Nhi do the marketer. ❖ Finally, Dinh Quoc Thai is the leader of the group, is very responsible in group activities and always knows how to bring people together, so he was chosen as the leader of the group. C. DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE USED EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN PLANNING AN EVENT (P2)

I. Definition and the importance of time management skill

1. Definition time management skill

Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control over time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Time management is the ability to use your time productively and efficiently. And also think of it as the art of having time to do everything you need to without feeling stressed about it. It involves balancing the various needs for a person regarding work, social life, family, hobbies, personal interests and commitments with the finite nature of time. Using time effectively gives the person "choice" in how to spend or manage their own productive and time-consuming activities.(Stella Cottrell,2013) Figure 9. Time management skill

2. The importance of time management skill

Time management is an important skill for all of us. When we don't manage our time well, our productivity decreases and stress levels increase. Time management skills are important because they help you structure your work in a way that allows you to accomplish your goals. Setting aside a specific amount of time each day will help you complete the steps needed to land a job. Good time management also allows you space to be creative and proactive with your goals.

Following here are the reasons why is time management important: ➢ It improves your self-discipline: If you have good time management skills, chances are high that you are highly disciplined. You are the type of person who stops procrastination on track and moves forward to achieve your goals. This will help you to be more successful in achieving your goals in all areas of your life. ➢ It relieves stress: When you have no control over time and are always working frantically to meet deadlines, chances are your health is suffering. Time management skills can help reduce or even eliminate stress. Good time management skills will make you more productive, help you meet deadlines, and reduce your stress levels. ➢ Get more done in less time: One of the biggest advantages of time management is that it allows us to be more productive by controlling how we spend our time. We can focus better on important tasks and better focus leads to better efficiency. ➢ Make better decisions: A person who is well versed in the importance of time management skills has the ability to make better decisions. Poor time management skills leave you with little time to understand and predict the impact of your decisions. Time management will give you the ability to calmly evaluate your options and choose the one that promises the best results. ➢ Success: It allows you to achieve greater success in your endeavors. You can perform better often, make more effective decisions, and distinguish between important and meaningless tasks. The ability to identify and focus on these important areas will eventually lead to greater success in life.
