Team dynamics is a term used to describe the behavioral relationships between the members of a group. It assesses how well the representatives are able to interact with each other—how effectively they’re able to communicate their ideas, and if they’re able to cooperate with one another. Healthy team dynamics is vital to the success of any company. (Sharma, 2021)
When putting a team together, managers usually consider the skills and experience that individuals have – but the personalities being grouped together are rarely considered. Team dynamics concern the unconscious, psychological factors that can also influence a team’s behaviour. Team dynamics in the workplace are important because they impact creativity, productivity and effectiveness. Since group work is integral to organisations, improving group dynamics can lead to better work outcomes, customer satisfaction and an improved bottom line. (Powderly, 2020)

Not only can it help drive motivation to achieve your goals, but it can help a lot of people bring their vision into a reality. Some people know exactly what they want in a career and in life, others simply do not. Those that have less guidance to where they want to be can sometimes feel lost and forget the things they have already managed to achieve. When you lose sight, it can help lead you back to where you want to be. It’s not meant to be used just to highlight your achievements though, make sure to make a note of the things you may have failed at. Because sometimes, nothing drives a person more than failure. It also helps your employer see where you want to be. If you start in a role with a company and they know that you want to grow and develop, they might be able to help you. Employers may give you their version of a PDP to help you hit company targets, so let them know about your own goals as well and they may help you incorporate them. (Rogers, 2021)
When setting goals, the SMART method can help bring structure and make them easier to achieve. Specific – Help the author set specific goals Measurable – Measure the amount of time it takes to complete. Attainable – Help the author set goals that are achievable, not unrealistic Relevant – Set goals that help the author or his family Timely – The author needs to set a timeline Making a commitment is never easy and that is exactly what a PDP is. Nothing is going to be easy, and it will take time to get where author wants to be, but it will be so worth it in the long run. (Rogers, 2021) E. The author's strong point is punctuality, he will usually be on time in everything, and he doesn't like people who are late. secondly, he is also quite good at teamwork skills, he coordinates well with others in assigned tasks. finally, he is good at listening to others, people quite like to confide and tell him stories and he is also very respectful of anyone's opinion Weaknesses The author's weakness is poor concentration, he can't concentrate on doing one thing within 2 hours, he's also quite lazy in studying, the author usually waits until near the exam to study. Finally, the author's presentation skills are not good, he is shy when speaking in front of a crowd IV. Develop strengths and weaknesses Improve strengths To further develop the author's strengths, he needs to maintain his punctuality but also sometimes needs to forgive others for being late, not being too rigid about being on time. he also needs to take more courses on teamwork skills to perfect himself.
