CONCLUSION

The state of Minas Gerais has great potential for the production

of urucum.

Agroclimatic zoning enabled the classification of regions by

climatic suitability and indicated that the northern, western, and

northwestern regions and parts of the east of the state had

climatic conditions favourable for the cultivation of B. orellana.
