How much weight do you lose taking adderall for one week?

We are using close to something like 20 milligrams daily. Besides, does it cause you to be lose fat or even should it restrain desire for foods? Thanks a lot!

Adderall can surpress your appetite because it is a powerful central nervous system stimulant, but it affects people in different ways. You will probably lose a couple of pounds because it also speeds up your metabolism hence losing weight but be cautious with the side effects and only take the recommended dose as prescribed.

"I've been taking adderall since I was diagnosed with ADHD last June, when I was 15, I'm now taking 20mg of adderall xr and academically it's going great- my grades are almost all A's, I'm not nearly as disruptive as I used to be, and I hardly ever get into trouble anymore. Sad thing is it's made me lose almost 10 lbs from 130s to 120s. I'm a skinny guy in general so I can't afford to lose more weight, but I used to eat a ton now I never think about it because I have no appetite. I have a doctors app Wednesday and I was wondering if there was any medication for adhd that doesn't supress appetite? Or anyway I can keep taking mine and keep weight up? I'm doing so much better otherwise I don't want to stop taking meds all together. Thanks! "

"Am I taking too much omega-3-6? "

"I have had moderate seborrheic dermatitis since I was about 16. Having spent a lot of my youth trying everything imaginable I long ago accepted that topical zinc creams were as good as it was going to get. Lately however I've returned to the literature (I am a virologist so I'm used to critically evaluating scientific papers). I've started on anti-inflammatory fatty acid supplements. I'm 4 weeks in and my God what a difference. I'm currently taking the two pills with my heaviest meal. The first is 1200 mg ultra refined fish oil, claiming 700mg EPA, 200mg DHA, & 20mg DPA in every capsule. The other is Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower Oil (Borage oil) 1000mg. Claiming 130 mg of GLA. Both of these capsules contain vitamin E (for spoilage I'm guessing) totalling 10.02 mg which is well within acceptable limits for vitamin E I believe. However, if I am planning to take this long term I'm concerned about bleeding risks and typical RDA values for poly-unsaturated fats (little data?). Omega-3 is in vogue at the moment and the published literature feels like a murky world of contradictions and publications bias. Just looking for an educated second opinion. Am I taking too much?"
