  • Analizar y evaluar diferentes materias primas utilizadas en alimentación animal.
Indicaciones
  1. Selección de materias primas (por grupo):
    • 4 materias primas en total:
      • 2 de origen vegetal
      • 2 de origen animal
  2. Análisis por materia prima:
    • Realizar análisis proximal (si hay disponibilidad de laboratorio).
    • Investigar valores de referencia en bibliografía científica.
    • Determinar digestibilidad teórica mediante métodos establecidos.
  3. Presentación de resultados:
    • Informe técnico estructurado.
    • Presentación oral.
    • Muestras físicas de los materiales analizados.
Criterios de Evaluación
  • Precisión en análisis/investigación (35%): Calidad de datos y metodología.
  • Interpretación de resultados (25%): Análisis crítico y relación con la teoría.
  • Presentación oral (20%): Claridad, organización y uso de apoyos visuales.
  • Trabajo en equipo (20%): Colaboración, distribución de tareas y coordinación.
