Diagnosis help

The question tells of a 58 year old lady, she reported left nasal obstruction and discharge off and on for last 23 months. She presented with a similar complaint 3 years ago and underwent nasal surgery. Her left nasal and posterior rhinoscopy show polynomial ugly looking swellings. Histopathology report is not available. Does anyone know what this could be?Thank you
