Help me form a good philosophical question please?

Hi, I have a philosophy essay to write and we are allowed to form our own philosophical question for the essay. I'm planning to write about Karma and I'd like to center on the problem with Karma (whether it's a good thing to practice or not) the example I've thought of is that in Tibet that people discriminate the blind and treat them badly because of their strong belief in Karma and thinks that the blind got what they deserve because they did something bad in their past life, thus the blind are shunned. I know there's the argument that if the people practice karma, they would know better than to treat others badly due to the fact that karma will act on them too. But putting aside for a while, based on this example, I'd like justify if it makes sense or is it morally/rationally right for the people to do so. So any ideas on a good philosophy question? Of course I'd write on this topic with the assumption that karma exist (there's the argument that karma might not exist as it can't be proven). Please and Thank you!~

How do you guys stay resilient during these troubling times?

Since the last half of last year I've been very concerned about the state of the world and the future. It seemed like everyday more and more bad news was reported and I was getting very depressed. Not too long ago I kinda opened my eyes and saw that the world isn't exactly what I thought it was. I don't know what I can trust these days whether it's the news, politics, or the government. It seems like big corporations are the only ones benefiting nowadays. Everyday it seems like I'm learning about other evil and corrupt things that are happening for example what's going on with the government. It seems like more money is leaving than coming in and we are being forced to cut other programs. It seems like if you know know the truth you are better off finding it using google. It's already hard enough to make ends meet now but it seems like its getting harder. I look at how many people have lost their jobs and I wonder will I be one of those people several years from now. How do you grow up in a world that's so corrupt? My mom told me if I can't do anything then don't worry about it but its very disheartening knowing what I know and knowing that I can't do anything about it. It seems like the only thing I can do is better myself and help others. Lately I've been running what ifs through I mind, what if the economic collapses? what if the monetary system fails? I don't wanna seem like I'm hopeless but when you see negative stuff happening all around you it gets very hard for me to see the positive out of any situation. Every day it feels like I have a rain cloud over my head I'm just not happy anymore. I have brief moments where I think to myself maybe things aren't so bad, maybe they will get better then I think about world today and I'm back to feeling depressed. I need some advice
